IB
BLUEPRINT
If you're reading this, you're done with the "get rich quick" nonsense and ready to make real money. This is the exact system that hit ยฃ30k/month at 20 years old.
The Full System
Eight modules covering everything from building your brand to scaling your IB business to ยฃ10k+ per month.
Mastering the Close
Stop selling. Start investing in their problem. The best closers never pitch first โ they listen first.
-
1Active Discovery โ Stop Selling, Start InvestingA Feature Pitch says: "Buy this course because you will make so much money." Instead, ask: "How many hours does it take you to make ยฃ100?" โ let them feel the problem themselves before you show the solution.
-
2Put a Price Tag on the PainOnce you find the problem, turn it into a number. This is the Business Case. "You work 7 hours for ยฃ100? What if you could make that in 30 minutes?" Show them what's possible based on their own situation.
-
3Show Possibility Based on Their SituationUse their own numbers to show what's possible. Don't lead with your results โ use theirs as the baseline. It makes it personal, real, and impossible to argue with.
Managing The Chats
Your DMs are your dealership floor. How you respond, how fast you respond, and how you move people through the conversation determines everything.
When you're starting out, you will NOT have hundreds of leads. That's fine. Your job is to treat every single DM like it's worth ยฃ1,000 โ because it could be. One conversation, closed properly, can make you ยฃ300โยฃ500 in commission. Take every chat seriously.
-
1Reply Within 5 MinutesSpeed is the single biggest factor in conversion. If someone messages you and you reply 3 hours later โ they've already signed up with someone else. Keep your notifications on. Always. If you can't reply instantly, send a quick "Hey, give me 10 mins I'll be right with you" โ it keeps the lead warm.
-
2Never Open With a PitchThe moment someone messages you, your first job is NOT to sell. It's to understand. Ask: "Hey! Good to hear from you โ what made you reach out today?" Let them tell you exactly what they need. Now you're selling them their own solution.
-
3Control the Conversation With QuestionsWhoever asks the questions controls the chat. Keep them talking about their situation, their goals, their frustrations. Every answer they give you is ammunition you can use to show why the product solves their exact problem.
-
4Use Voice Notes StrategicallyA 30-second voice note feels more personal than a paragraph of text. Use them when you're building rapport or handling objections โ your tone of voice communicates confidence that text never can. Don't overuse them; one well-timed voice note can flip an entire conversation.
-
5Never Leave a Chat on "Seen"If you've read it, reply to it. Even if it's just to acknowledge. Leaving someone on seen tells them you don't value their time. If you're busy, say so. A simple "Sorting something quickly, back in 5" is better than silence.
- Empathise: "Yeah, I understand that completely."
- Reframe the value: "If this helps you make ยฃ500 extra per month, the ยฃ60 is covered in day 1."
- Break it down: "That's literally ยฃ2 a day."
- Ask: "What would make it feel worth it for you?"
- Never panic or push hard โ it kills the deal
- Ask: "Of course โ what's the main thing holding you back right now?"
- Usually uncovers the REAL objection (price, trust, time)
- Address that one thing, then re-close softly
- Validate: "That's exactly why this was built."
- Position the product as a time-SAVER, not time-taker
- Use: "Members spend under 30 mins a day on this."
- Ask: "What would you do with an extra ยฃ500 this month?"
- This is a TRUST objection โ never dismiss it
- Acknowledge: "That's completely fair, the industry is full of it."
- Prove with receipts: verified results, community size, real members
- Offer: the free trial or a call with a current member
Day 1: If no reply after 24hrs โ "Hey, just checking in! Did you get a chance to have a look?"
Day 3: Share a win or testimonial โ "Just wanted to share this โ one of our members just hit their first ยฃ1k month ๐ฅ"
Day 7: Final check โ "Hey, I don't want to keep bugging you โ are you still interested or shall I leave you to it?"
That last message gets more replies than any other. People hate feeling like they're being abandoned.
Retaining Customers
Getting someone to sign up is hard. Getting them to stay is easy โ if you do the right things. Retention is where your IB income becomes passive.
Every member you retain is commission you earn every month without doing any more work. If you sign up 10 people and they all stay for 12 months โ you've earned 12x the initial commission. Focus on retention and your income compounds automatically.
The first 7 days after someone joins is the highest churn risk period. Most people who cancel do so in week 1 because they felt lost, ignored, or didn't see value fast enough. You need to be there. Every day.
-
D1Day 1 โ The Welcome MessageThe moment they join, send a personalised welcome. Not a copy-paste. Use their name. Reference something they said when signing up. Tell them exactly what to do first: "Welcome to the community! First thing to do โ introduce yourself in the Discord and check out the Mech Model intro video. Let me know when you've done it and I'll walk you through the next step."
-
D3Day 3 โ Check InCheck in without being pushy. "Hey, how's it going so far? Have you had a chance to check out the live sessions yet?" If they haven't engaged, ask why โ sometimes there's a technical issue or they got overwhelmed. Fix it before it becomes a cancellation.
-
D7Day 7 โ The First Win CheckAsk if they've had any wins โ even small ones. If yes, celebrate with them. Screenshot it, share it (with permission). If no, ask what's blocking them and help solve it. A member who feels supported in week 1 will stay for months.
- They stop engaging in group chats
- They don't open your check-in messages
- They haven't attended a live session in 3+ weeks
- They start asking questions about alternatives
- Their replies get shorter and shorter
- Send them a personalised win from the community
- Ask a specific question about their goals
- Share something relevant to their situation
- Offer a 1-on-1 quick call to get them back on track
- Remind them of why they joined in the first place
Converting IBs
This is where your income multiplies. When you turn a regular member into an IB, they start building income for themselves โ and passive income for you.
An IB (Introducing Broker) is someone who refers new members to the platform. When they refer someone who joins, both of you earn commission. When you convert a member into one of YOUR IBs, you earn a percentage of everything they bring in โ forever. This is how the ยฃ30k/month happens. Not from direct sales alone. From building a team of IBs under you.
-
1Plant the Seed FirstDon't lead with "do you want to make money?" Lead with curiosity: "Have you ever thought about showing other people what you're learning here?" or "Do you know anyone who could benefit from this?" Let them come to the idea naturally.
-
2Show the NumbersPeople need to see the income potential in real numbers. Walk them through it: "If you refer just 10 people at ยฃ60/month, that's ยฃ600 a month in commission โ ongoing, every month. 20 people is ยฃ1,200. And as they refer people, you earn from that too." Make the maths undeniable.
-
3Remove the FrictionMost people hesitate because they think it's hard. Kill that fear: "You don't need to be a sales expert. You don't need a website. You don't need to cold message strangers. You just share what you're genuinely experiencing and let the results do the talking."
-
4Set Up & Onboard Them ProperlyOnce they're in, get them set up with their IB link immediately. Walk them through this exact blueprint. The faster they get their first referral, the more motivated they stay. Their first commission hit is the moment everything clicks.
- Every person YOU refer = direct commission
- Monthly recurring as long as they stay
- 10 members = predictable monthly base income
- Focus: quality over quantity โ retained members compound
- Every person YOUR IBs refer = commission for you too
- This is where income becomes truly passive
- 5 IBs each signing 10 people = 50 members in your network
- Focus: support your IBs like they're your clients
Direct route: 20โ25 active members at Pro/Premium level covers most IBs' first ยฃ5k target.
Leveraged route: 5 active IBs each with 10 members = your network of 50 members โ you earn from all of them. Build 5 good IBs before 50 direct members. Always.
Scaling IBs
One IB is a side hustle. Ten IBs is a business. This module shows you how to build, manage, and grow a team that generates income while you sleep.
-
1Create a Private IB Group ChatCreate a dedicated WhatsApp or Telegram group for your IBs only. This is where you share wins, tips, updates, and keep energy high. A motivated IB team moves faster than any individual. Post in it daily โ share a result, a tip, a motivational update. Make it a place people want to be.
-
2Weekly IB Check-InsEvery week, check in with each IB individually. Ask how many conversations they've had, how many closes, what objections they're hitting. The ones who are stuck need tactical help. The ones who are winning need to be amplified. Know the difference and respond accordingly.
-
3Create IB Leaderboards & CompetitionsHealthy competition drives performance. At the end of each month, publicly celebrate the top performers in your IB group. "This month's top IB brought in 8 new members โ massive work ๐ฅ" Others will push to be on the next leaderboard. Human nature.
-
4Teach This Blueprint to Your IBsThe fastest way to scale is to duplicate yourself. Walk your IBs through exactly what you're learning here โ social media, closing, chat management. When they can do what you do, their results multiply. And so does your income.
- Batch content creation โ dedicate 2hrs on Sunday to create all week's content
- Repurpose your wins across IG Stories, Reels, and TikTok
- Create a "results bank" โ save every win screenshot for future content
- Use templates for consistent branding without starting from scratch
- Create a simple FAQ document for IBs to handle common objections
- Build a library of proof screenshots they can share
- Set up a CRM (even a Google Sheet) to track every lead and follow-up
- Define a clear process: contact โ qualify โ pitch โ follow-up โ close
- Dedicated time slots for DMs โ morning and evening, 30 mins each
- Save message templates for common situations (welcome, follow-up, objection)
- Weekly group update in your IB chat โ keeps everyone aligned
- Monthly 1-on-1 voice note to each IB โ personal touch at scale
- Track new leads, closes, and active members weekly
- Know your conversion rate โ how many DMs โ how many closes
- Track which content brings the most inbound
- Review monthly: what worked, what didn't, adjust and repeat
The Trading Guide
You can't sell what you don't understand. This module makes sure you know enough about trading and the Mech Model to speak confidently and convert more people.
You do NOT need to be a professional trader to be a successful IB. But you DO need to understand the basics well enough to talk about them convincingly. This guide gives you everything you need. The more you know, the more trust you build, and the more you close.
-
โKeep It Simple โ Never OvercomplicateMost people asking about trading know almost nothing. Speak their language. Instead of "we trade XAUUSD using institutional order flow analysis" โ say "we trade gold, using a proven strategy that tells us when big banks are about to move the market." Same thing, completely different impact.
-
โLead With Results, Not JargonDon't lead with "we use a systematic mechanical model." Lead with: "Our community averaged over 86% account growth in 2023, 82% in 2024, and 116% in 2025 โ at just 1% risk per trade." Numbers make people lean in. Jargon makes them switch off.
-
โAnswer "Is It Safe?" HonestlyTrading always carries risk โ never promise guaranteed profits. But you can say honestly: "There's always risk in trading, which is why risk management is the foundation of everything we do. You never risk more than 1% per trade, which means even during losing months, your account stays intact."
-
โThe "Proof Before Pitch" RuleBefore you explain anything about the system, show the verified results. Screenshots, track record, real members winning. Once someone sees 3 years of consistent results, they ask YOU to explain the strategy. That's a completely different conversation โ they're already halfway sold.
- Long/Buy โ betting the price goes up
- Short/Sell โ betting the price goes down
- Stop Loss โ automatic exit if trade goes against you
- Take Profit โ automatic exit when target is hit
- Break Even โ trade closed at entry price, no loss/gain
- Drawdown โ temporary account decrease during losing trades
- 2023: 86.9R โ 73.2% win rate โ 56 trades
- 2024: 82.74R โ 75.7% win rate โ 46 trades
- 2025: 116.51R โ 84.4% win rate โ 44 trades
- Combined: 286.15R over 3 years
- At 1% risk: 286.15% account gain
- Best month: July 2025 โ 27.8R

Everyone who's hit ยฃ10k, ยฃ20k, ยฃ30k a month in the IB world started with zero. Zero followers, zero members, zero IBs. The system works. The question is whether you'll work it consistently enough and long enough to see the results. Most people quit at month 2. Stay in the game until month 6 and you will be in a completely different position. Let's get it.
IG Social Media Guide
You can't just post results and expect people to throw money at you. You need to build a brand that looks relatable and legit.
Use one clear CTA per post to avoid decision fatigue. Captions are the soul of your content โ people don't buy from brands, they buy from people. Share behind-the-scenes struggles and wins. Be vulnerable and authentic โ imperfection is the 2025 trend.
